Signature Album Quilts
Looking for a unique "guest book" for a special event? Why not create a lasting memento that allows your family & friends to sign and/or leave personal messages! Whether a small gathering for a wall hanging or a large group for a lap or bed quilt, a signature album is a totally unique way to memorialize a special event. Photos can even be added! Let me help you create a fabric album for:
- Wedding
- Bridal Shower
- Baby Shower
- Anniversary - 10th, 25th, 50th +
- Graduation (school colors) - Elementary, High, College
- Birthday - sweet 16, 18, 21, 30, over the hill, etc.
- Retirement
- Clubs, Groups
- Family Reunion
- Church Family
- Get Well Quilt - recovery, breast cancer survivor, etc.
- ...and many more!
How the process works - Photos of design suggestions will be sent to you via Facebook private messenger or Email. Signature blocks will be made in the color choices you select. Blocks will be sent by mail (unless local pickup arranged). Special fabric pens may be included in your shipment with a deposit of $25 and will be applied to the balance due if all pens are returned.
You can set up an area at your event to allow everyone ability to sign blocks (see Info & Pricing for set up ideas) or have someone visit each table to get the signatures. Once event has concluded, blocks are returned to me to be assembled into the finished quilt. Approximate completion time 6-10 weeks. *Benefits to this process is that if someone makes a mistake a new block can be created, or an "inappropriate" comment block can be eliminated from the finished quilt.
A different option - Once we have agreed upon a design, colors & number of signature blocks you wish to have, I can make the quilt with blank blocks and your guests can sign right on the actual quilt. * Benefit to this process is that once event is over, the quilt is ready to go home with the recipient. Please be aware that I will not be able to remove or re-arrange the blocks with this process.

This beautiful quilt was made for a minister who was being transferred to another church. The congregation consisting of 300 members commissioned it to show their appreciation. Each t-shirt represented a mission trip that the minister was involved in. Photo 1 is the quilt finished and ready to be shipped to the church. Photo 2 & 3 show all the wonderful messages that were written on it! This was a surprise and was presented at the going away party. June 2019
